Job Overview: As a Floor Manager at EEG, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standards in guest eating and drinking experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a proven track record of leadership, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. As the floor manager, you will be in a pivotal role ensuring the success of our establishments, overseeing operations, and leading a team dedicated to excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the establishment's floor area. Your role will involve ensuring seamless coordination between staff members, maintaining high service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate floor staff activities to guarantee efficient operations
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Implement strategies to optimize workflow and enhance overall guest experience
  • Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to streamline service processes
  • Manage shift schedules and allocate tasks effectively to meet operational requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bartending, culinary, hotel, or hospitality management roles
  • Proficiency in food handling, food service, shift management, and assistant manager duties
  • Knowledge of cook responsibilities and food safety protocols
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and superiors effectively
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Key Hourly Team Member
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving financial targets
  • Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
