How you'll contribute
A Junior Maintenance Tech who excels in this role:
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and guests.
- Performs general cleaning tasks, manages supplies, and helps ensure safety standards are met in coordination with plant operations.
- Completes sheetrock repairs, basic painting, and minor plumbing repairs.
- Performs dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal.
- Replenishes toiletry and linen supplies consistently.
- Inventories and orders cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborates with the plant operations team to maintain a safe, risk-free environment.
- Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and hospital standards.
What we’re looking for
Education:
- High school diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Experience:
- Previous housekeeping in a hospital setting preferred.

Our treatment programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, outpatient Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and ECT therapy.
