How you'll contribute
A Junior Maintenance Tech who excels in this role:

  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and guests.
  • Performs general cleaning tasks, manages supplies, and helps ensure safety standards are met in coordination with plant operations.
  • Completes sheetrock repairs, basic painting, and minor plumbing repairs.
  • Performs dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal.
  • Replenishes toiletry and linen supplies consistently.
  • Inventories and orders cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborates with the plant operations team to maintain a safe, risk-free environment.
  • Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and hospital standards.


What we’re looking for

Education:

  • High school diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.


Licenses/Certifications

  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
     

Experience:

  • Previous housekeeping in a hospital setting preferred.
