The utility position is truly the jack of all trades, that embodies professionalism, poise and coolness under pressure. This position does it all, you are responsible for keeping the restaurant looking and running perfectly.

Day in the Life:
- Be friendly to all guests
- Polish all silverware, wine glasses, and champagne flutes
- Know all table numbers and assist in running food to guests
- Run full wine racks through dish machine
- Restock all ramekins to both kitchen and server stations
- Sweep, mop, vacuum as needed
- Kept ice refilled and stocked
- Participate in restroom checks
- Help maintain back dock cleanliness

- Excellent customer service
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both co-workers and guests
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, team environment
- Must have food handlers card or ability to obtain prior to first day
