We are currently hiring a Full-Time Backroom & Display Associate to join our dedicated team. This role is essential to keeping our stores running smoothly and our customers delighted.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Backroom & Display Associate, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes—keeping operations organized, efficient, and customer-focused. You will:

• Receive, organize, and move furniture and accessories throughout the store
• Assist with inventory control and ensure merchandise is accurately accounted for
• Support the sales floor by maintaining attractive, on-brand displays
• Provide excellent customer service when helping customers with pick-ups or questions

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, team-focused attitude
• Ability to lift and move furniture and accessories safely (up to 75 lbs. regularly)
• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous retail, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company
