• Strong structural and body repair skills
• Ability to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
• Commitment to following OEM repair procedures
• Knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair techniques
• Pride in producing high-quality work
• Dependability and a team-first attitude

Pay & Benefits

• $90,000–$150,000+ earning potential based on experience and production
