WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Own your client relationships. You're the first call, the trusted advisor, and the person who catches issues before clients even notice.
Run flawless payroll. Multi-client, multi-state, deadline-driven. You keep the engine running and the auditors happy.
Solve the hard stuff. API integrations, EDI transmissions, data integrity - you root-cause issues and build smarter processes.
Stay compliance-sharp. Federal, state, and local regs change. You stay ahead of them so your clients don't have to.
Deliver insights, not just reports. Custom reporting, process recommendations, and ideas that actually improve outcomes.
Lift the team. Train clients, mentor teammates, and contribute to a culture that wins together.

YOU'RE THE ONE IF...

You have 2+ years in payroll, account management, or client services
iSolved experience is in your toolkit (big plus)
You'd rather prevent a client problem than react to one
