This position helps maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, workplace safety, and on-time customer deliveries. Assignments may vary based on business needs. Essential Duties Receive, unload, inspect, move, store, pick, stage, and load products according to work orders, load lists, and shipping instructions. Verify product, quantities, and order accuracy; report damage, shortages, and discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, system transactions, cycle counts, and required quality audits. Safely operate forklifts, cherry pickers, carts, and other material-handling equipment after required training and authorization. Prepare products and parcels for customer delivery or third-party shipment. Protect products from damage and maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow all safety procedures, use required PPE, and promptly report hazards or safety concerns. Drive company vehicles when assigned and qualified under the Company's Fleet Safety Policy. Support continuous improvement and perform other related duties based on business needs. Qualifications High school diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent relevant education or experience. Warehouse, material-handling, or delivery experience preferred. Ability to read and understand work orders, shipping information, measurements, and basic inventory information. Basic math, computer, and scanning skills, or ability to learn. Ability to communicate effectively for workplace safety, teamwork, and customer service. Ability to obtain required equipment certifications and training. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record when driving is an assigned job function. Physical Demands & Work Environment This position regularly requires standing, walking, reaching, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, and moving materials. Employees must be able to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds; team lifting or mechanical assistance is used as appropriate. Work may include elevated areas requiring fall protection. Work is performed in warehouses, delivery vehicles, and customer job sites and may involve seasonal temperatures, moderate-to-loud noise, and varying schedules based on business needs. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as required by applicable law.
