This is a general interest application for Model Server (Bottle Server) positions at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Gilbert. We're searching for a candidate who can:

Development repeat clientele and establish relationships.
Book VIP reservations.
Execute VIP presentations.
Provide ongoing table maintenance.
Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
Assists other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
