- Schedule member's appointments, ensures service tickets are in order.
- Collects and validates insurance information.
- Records no-show and appointment changes.
- Creates and maintains member charts.
- Compiles clinical information as requested.
- Collects, monitors, scans, and enters data/information into the electronic health records or as assigned.
- Completes reminder calls to the participants regarding their appointments.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in office clerical setting. Medical and/or Behavioral health experience preferred.
- Proficiency in typing, using computer software, i.e., EHR/EMR systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Internet is essential.
- Complete all pre-employment and on-boarding paperwork, in a timely manner and be cleared to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO), as scheduled.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and any other required background checks.
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish), preferred.
