We are seeking a Recruiter for a six-month temporary assignment to support our Recruiting team, with potential for conversion to a permanent role. This role provides critical support to our Recruiting team in a high-volume recruiting environment. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters.

How You Make an Impact:  

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles across multiple branches. 
  • Support peak-season hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience. 
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards and professional networking channels. 
  • Conduct structured phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit. 
  • Maintain accurate ATS updates, dispositions, and candidate communication. 
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and partner with hiring managers to move candidates through the process. 

What You Bring to the Role:  

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.  
  • Quick learner with organizational and communication skills.  
  • Experience using ATS and other recruiting tools.  
  • ADP experience preferred 
  • Experience with sourcing platforms 
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on delivering results. 

 

Pay & Perks: 

  • Weekly Pay – get your paycheck every Friday, no waiting!  
  • Competitive Compensation – $30.00–$35.00. hourly, based on experience.  

 

Physical Demands & Work Environment:  

  • Mostly desk-based work with regular computer use (typing, mouse work). 
  • Occasionally lift or carry office supplies (up to 25 lbs.). 
  • Work is in a climate-controlled office environment.
