Position Details

Top Locations: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, South Mountain, Ahwatukee, Arcadia , Phoenix — student assignments are generally within 20 minutes of your preferred area
Hours: Typical 4–6 hours per week | Availability needed Monday–Friday, 4:00–7:00 PM
Compensation: $18–$27/hr (1099 contract position) + performance bonuses

What We're Looking For

Experience tutoring or teaching in math (all levels), elementary reading/math, or test preparation
Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree
Strong communicator who can adapt to different learning styles
Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes
Genuine passion for education and student success
Specialized certifications are a plus, but not required

Requirements

Must reside in the U.S.
Minimum 18 years of age
Some college
Transportation (your own)
Teaching or tutoring experience with elementary school students
Strong communication skills
Passion for education
Specialized certifications are welcomed but not mandatory
Desire to work independently
Resourcefulness
Tech-savvy
Ability to work independently and manage schedules
