We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and dependable Retail Operations Representative to join our Retail Operations team.
Position Summary:
The Retail Operations Representative plays a key role in supporting the bank’s operational efficiency and ensuring accurate processing of customer transactions. This position is responsible for a variety of back-office deposit-related tasks, including processing stop payments, deposit returns, IRA/HSA servicing, account maintenance, research requests, and providing internal support to branches and departments.
Key Responsibilities*:
- Process and monitor daily Retail operations functions including overdrafts, returned items, stop payments, and account adjustments.
- Perform routine and complex account maintenance with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding deposit accounts, transactions, and systems.
- Research and resolve issues related to customer accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and quality control reviews as needed.
- Support the team and department with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ banking experience.Â
- Experience working with Fiserv core systems is preferred.Â
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional internal service and working collaboratively with colleagues.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
FLSA:Â Non-Exempt
TYPE: Full Time
Schedule:Â Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (end time may vary depending on department needs).
