Demonstrated excellence in online teaching, including creative use of online platforms and consistent use of high-quality online lectures in video and/or audio format. Adherence to high professional expectations. Demonstrated inter- and intrapersonal skills, especially in engaging with traditional and non-traditional university students from a variety of backgrounds. Evidence of high level of personal integrity, agency and initiative. Demonstrated organizational skills. Successful use of multiple creative instructional strategies and technologies in the classroom and online to improve educational outcomes of diverse learners. Excellent student evaluations over a 3-year period or more are preferred Education Minimum requirement: Master’s degree in Sociology. (PhD in Sociology is preferred.)
