Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is currently seeking highly skilled certified Aircraft Interior Mechanic for one of its clients in Kansas City,Missouri. Position Title: Aircraft Interior Mechanic
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Job Overview: The Aircraft Interior Mechanic will perform routine aircraft interior maintenance, repairs, and modifications by following SRM/engineering data and technical manuals. The role includes removing and reinstalling cabin components (liners, floor panels, galleys, lavatories, seats, windscreens, and doors), completing OJT documentation, conducting operational tests, using basic hand tools, and communicating work progress with the maintenance team and leadership.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Has intermediate knowledge of all areas of the aircraft and assigned work area.
  • Repair, modify, replace or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work in specialized area of aircraft.
  • Develop repair schemes utilizing SRM or Engineering data
  • Communicate effectively with other maintenance personnel at all levels by keeping co-workers and leadership apprised of work progress and difficulties as they arise.
  • Complete on-the-job-training (OJT) forms and required reading.
  • Read and interpret manufacturer and airline maintenance manuals, service bulletins, drawings and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repair, replacement or modification.
  • Conduct operational tests.

Airframe Cabin Interior:
  • Remove/reinstall interior linings, cargo bay liners, floor panels
  • Remove/reinstall lavatories, galleys, seats, windscreens
  • Remove/reinstall/adjust doors
  • Use of basic hand tools (i.e. sockets, wrenches, ratchets, screw drivers, pliers, etc.)
 

Education & Experience:

  • Remove/reinstall interior linings, cargo bay liners, floor panels
  • Remove/reinstall lavatories, galleys, seats, windscreens
  • Remove/reinstall/adjust doors
  • Use of basic hand tools (i.e. sockets, wrenches, ratchets, screw drivers, pliers, etc.)
