Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible (morning, afternoon, and evening hours available)

We’re looking for BCBAs to join our growing team in Kentucky! We offer a variety of schedules, including daytime, after-school, and evening hours. Our flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, allow BCBAs to maximize their time with clients.

Our providers currently work with clients in our Glasgow, KY clinic, as well as in their homes, schools, and other community settings across the area, including Bowling Green.

We are seeking collaborative BCBAs who are committed to ongoing growth and development alongside our clinical leaders, including a BCBA-D and a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disorders

  • Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modifications as needed

  • Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans and generalization of skills

  • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques, data collection, and other relevant topics

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheets

  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities

    Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Current licensure in behavior analysis in Kentucky

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis and intervention

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including conducting functional assessments, developing behavior plans, and analyzing data

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standards
