Mortgage Processor

South Central Bank is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of a Full Time Mortgage Processor in their Ops Center. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for collecting the necessary processing documentation to complete a pre-underwrite on loan files. Also, the Mortgage Processor will clear and/or aid in the removal of any outstanding title, subordination, or release issues. In addition, the position will be responsible for performing appraisal reviews and the calculation of borrower income.
Requirements for the position are:
• Three to five years of processing experience.
• Data Entry, computer and typing skills
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and to work overtime when required.
• Aptitude for figures and detail oriented
• High-school diploma
•    Ability to multitask in a high pressure and time sensitive work environment
