Mortgage Servicing Specialist

South Central Bank, Inc., is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Mortgage Servicing Specialist at their Operations Center in Glasgow, KY. The position of Mortgage Servicing Specialist is responsible for reporting and remitting to FHLB, releases of insurance funds on damaged properties, and reporting payoffs to FHLMC. In addition, the specialist reviews mortgages and final titles for accuracy. 

The requirements for the position are: 

· High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred 

· Knowledge of phone system. 

· Ability to communicate in written and verbal form. 

· Knowledge of computer system.

· Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate responsibilities
