About the Role:

You'll be working hands-on in the field- servicing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems for both commercial and residential clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a challenge, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and customer care.

What You'll Do:

Perform HVAC repairs, installations, and maintenance
Serve both commercial and residential customers
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
Build rapport and trust with clients
Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams
Maintain a clean job site and organized truck
Mentor HVAC helpers as needed
Complete paperwork accurately and on time

What You Bring:

3+ years HVAC experience
EPA Certification
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
A positive adaptable, and safety-first mindset

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable in tight spaces and working at heights
