Description:

Knights Mechanical is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily warehouse operations, material handling, and jobsite logistics.

What You’ll Do:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Match purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery documents
Pull, stage, and prepare materials for jobsite delivery
Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems or scanning tools
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control procedures
Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and storage of materials
Prepare and assemble job orders for shipment or delivery
Deliver and pick up materials from job sites and supply houses as needed
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (as trained/certified)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety policies and company procedures

What You’ll Bring:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Willingness to learn warehouse systems, processes, and procedures
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required throughout the day
Basic understanding of construction materials or warehouse operations (preferred)
Forklift experience or willingness to become certified (preferred)
Valid commercial driver’s license for material deliveries and pickups

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
Comfortable working in indoor warehouse and occasional outdoor environments
