About the Role

Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. With over 30 years of serving homeowners throughout Central Connecticut, we've built a reputation for quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and investing in our people.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and deliver effective solutions for homeowners.
Clearly explain findings and recommend repair or replacement options.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and complete accurate service documentation.

What We're Looking For

Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) required.
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.

Compensation
Compensation starts at $40+ per hour and is based on experience, licensing, certifications, and overall qualifications. Additional earnings may include overtime, performance incentives, and bonuses.
