Kids Fitness Coach & Birthday Party Host - Part-Time & Full-Time Glastonbury, CT | 20/hr | Now Interviewing

You arrive at 3pm. Run a toddler tumbling class. MC a 7-year-old's birthday party. Coach a gymnastics group. Go home knowing at least five kids talked about you at dinner. No two shifts are the same, and that's the whole point.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• 20/hr
• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Friday availability required, plus one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Specific schedule set during onboarding - we work around class schedules and other commitments where possible
• No My Gym experience needed - full paid training from day one
• Now interviewing - start dates available soon

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead kids' fitness, gymnastics, and movement classes (ages 6 months–10 years)
• Host and MC birthday parties and special events (genuinely the most fun part of the job)
• Build relationships with families, you become someone they look forward to seeing
• Represent My Gym at community and mobile programs

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN

• Coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or martial arts
• Theater, performance, or improv, seriously, great party hosts come from here
• Teaching, childcare, or youth programming
• Or you're just the person who naturally lights up around kids
