Job Overview:

As a Mortgage Closing Consultant, you'll guide clients through the final, most important stretch of their homebuying journey — serving as a trusted advisor at one of life's biggest milestones. You'll work closely with loan consultants, underwriters, real estate agents, and insurance advisors to deliver a smooth, accurate, and efficient closing experience. We'll set you up for success with a comprehensive training program, sponsored NMLS licensing, and a personalized career progression plan — with past Mortgage Closing Consultants going on to roles in sales, operations, team lead, and market management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze loan applications and supporting documents to ensure they meet underwriting standards
• Guide clients confidently through the final stages of the mortgage process
• Collaborate with loan consultants, underwriters, real estate agents, and insurance advisors to ensure accurate and timely closings
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, answering questions and easing concerns during a high-stakes process
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in documentation before closing

Qualifications:

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $80,000. Individual compensation will be determined based on job-related business considerations, such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and skills. Where applicable, this position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and/or discretionary bonus opportunities.
