Job DetailsJob Location: Linthicum MD Corporate - Linthicum, MD 21090Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $3,125.00 - $3,541.67 SalaryPosition Summary: The Executive Assistant is a dynamic opportunity for an individual that wants to participate in meeting the moment where technology, financial literacy and homeownership converge. The Executive Assistant partners with the President of NFM Lending by providing high-level corporate administrative, organizational, and operational support to the President of NFM Lending. This role serves as a central point of coordination across multiple enterprises, and professional external partners and media outlets, supporting day-to-day executive confidential business matters, functions and key initiatives. The incumbent requires exceptional judgment, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting corporate responsibilities, coupled with company-related activities within a financial services environment. Qualifications:   College degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum six years’ experience as Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional, preferably within financial services or mortgage lending. Strong understanding of executive-level administrative support in a regulated business environment. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Strong understanding of social media management and engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent client-facing skills. Understanding of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini. Proven ability to project manage tasks and work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment. Agility to adapt to changing priorities and business demands. Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to:   Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing priorities, correspondence, and follow-up on action items. Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel and meeting logistics across corporate offices and other professional engagements. Serve as a primary point of contact between President and executives, sales leadership, employees, vendors, regulators, and external partners. Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense-related documentation for the President. Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. Assist in researching and creating financial literacy content focused on homeownership and other initiatives overseen by the President. Liaise with Legal, Finance, Accounting, People & Culture, Compliance, Licensing, and Operations to coordinate meetings and other executive requests. Support financial and administrative activities, including coordination with third-party accounting partners and preparation of executive documentation. Assist with corporate, sales, and legislative event planning as requested. Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Perform research and assist with special projects and strategic initiatives led by the President. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company standards. Uphold consistent attendance, professionalism, and flexibility, including occasional overtime or travel as business needs require.
