Job Description
As a Delivery Driver with MJ Logistics LLC, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive their orders safely, promptly, and accurately.
Compensation:
$22.00/hour base rate for Cargo Van and Electric Delivery Vehicle drivers
$23.00/hour base rate for Step Van qualified drivers
Want to become Step Van qualified? We will pay for your training!
Bonus opportunities available
Schedule:
Approximately 9:20 AM – 7:20 PM
4 days per week
Up to 10 hours per day, including breaks
Shifts available 7 days a week
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
Safely load and unload packages from your assigned delivery vehicle
Handle and deliver packages weighing up to 65 lbs. as required for the delivery role
Safely operate a company-provided Cargo Van, Electric Delivery Vehicle, or Step Van based on your qualifications
Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently
Deliver packages accurately to homes and businesses
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Represent MJ Logistics LLC professionally throughout the community
Work independently while staying connected with the team throughout your shift
Qualifications
We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
Commitment to safe and responsible driving
Dependable and punctual
Ability to follow directions, company policies, and safety procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced delivery environment
Ability to perform the essential package-handling responsibilities of the position
No CDL required
Experience as a Delivery Driver, Driver, Non CDL Driver, Box Truck Driver, or Warehouse Associate is helpful but not required.
No delivery experience? That's okay! Paid training is provided to help you succeed.
