Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, shampooing, steam cleaning, stripping, waxing, polishing, and buffing floors, carpets, and furniture, etc.; dumps trash cans and garbage and relines cans with fresh bags; cleans and sanitizes, restrooms and replenishes supplies, cleans spills, cleans drinking fountains, mirrors, tables, walls, fixtures, blinds, light fixtures, etc.; washes windows, walls, metal and woodwork. Performs unskilled interior building maintenance and repairs including, but not limited to, moving furniture, silencing activated alarm systems, reset circuit breakers. Any combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge and experience to perform the work.  Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedule is needed.QualificationsRequires a valid Illinois State Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one within 3 months from date of employment. This is a full-time, non-exempt, Teamster position; hours vary and often include nights and weekends.
