Job Overview:

Wasserman is looking for a leader to join as a Learning & Training Program Manager. This position will lead the design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise learning experiences with a primary focus on LMS (Learning Management System) ownership, instructional course design excellence, and technical enablement.

This role serves as a strategic owner of the LMS ecosystem, content creation, learning architecture, and learning program execution. The Senior Manager partners with the People L&D team, Workday team, and People Partners to ensure learning solutions are scalable, measurable, and aligned to business unit/division learning and development needs and priorities.

What You'll Do:

Learning Systems Strategy and Ownership

  • Own the overall learning system experience within Workday Learning, including governance, structure, and standards
  • Design scalable learning pathways
  • Partner with Workday and IT teams on LMS enhancements, integrations, and roadmap planning
  • Establish best practices for content quality, consistency, and learner experience

Instructional Design Leadership

  • Lead the design and development of high-impact learning programs
  • Set content standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency across learning offerings
  • Coach and provide guidance to internal content contributors and subject matter experts

Technical Enablement and AI Learning

  • Lead learning initiatives that enable effective use of enterprise tools and platforms
  • Translate new technologies, system updates, and AI capabilities into practical learning experiences
  • Support responsible AI adoption through accessible, confidence-building learning content

Facilitation and Program Delivery

  • Facilitate key training sessions and workshops
  • Design blended learning experiences that combine live, digital, and self-paced elements
  • Ensure learning programs are inclusive, engaging, and globally accessible

Measurement, Insights and Optimization

  • Define success metrics for learning programs and LMS usage
  • Analyze data and learner feedback to inform improvements and prioritization
  • Provide insights to SVP People Development and People Leadership on learning trends, gaps, and opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Learning and Development, instructional design, content development
  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • High level proficiency and experience owning and optimizing an enterprise LMS (Workday Learning preferred)
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation expertise across digital, blended, and instructor-led learning
  • Experience leading technical or systems-based learning initiatives 
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • High level of initiative and works well independently and in a team environment
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus

Base salary range: $95-120K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
