As an Admissions Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. You will oversee daily Admissions and Guest Relations operations, support and lead frontline team members, and ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused experiences at the front gate.
Responsibilities:
 Oversee the daily operation of the Admissions and Guest Relations areasÂ
• Perform all Admissions and Guest Relations duties as neededÂ
• Assist with creating, maintaining, approving, and adjusting schedules and timesheets for Admissions team members, including Phone Operators, Guest Relations, and Lost ParentsÂ
• Motivate employees through coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessaryÂ
• Maintain professional, positive interactions with guests and team members while resolving issuesÂ
• Ensure efficient register operationÂ
• Resolve guest concerns through phone, email, mail, and in-person interactionsÂ
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentÂ
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels of park leadership to resolve issues and fulfill requestsÂ
• Perform other duties as assigned by Admissions leadership and management
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of ageÂ
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guestsÂ
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet navigation, and the ability to learn Six Flags systemsÂ
• Knowledge of guest service standards, employee relations, and guest/employee safety practicesÂ
• Previous Admissions or Guest Services experience preferredÂ
• Ability to exercise good judgment in fast-paced, guest-facing situationsÂ
• Must be self-motivated, professional, and able to multi-task effectivelyÂ
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to lead and support othersÂ
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidaysÂ
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periodsÂ
