TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. Our mission is to empower individual with physical and/or developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives. 

The Ability One Program is the largest source of employment for people who have significant disabilities throughout the United States. The AbilityOne Program provides high quality job opportunities for people with disabilities who face significant barriers to employment and who would otherwise rely on public benefit programs. TCH has developed and operated projects under the AbilityOne program since 1993 by providing quality services at a fair market price to the Federal Government.

Being a Custodial Lead :

We’re looking for a Custodial Lead to perform routine custodial duties for assigned buildings and aid in oversight of custodial work done by custodians to ensure contract requirements are met. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to Luke Air Force Base, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant. We are looking for individuals with 2 years of custodial experience. This position requires Driving - Must be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver’s License and a 39-month clean driving record.
