Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Address strength, balance, gait, endurance, and mobility deficits
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safety, fall prevention, and exercise programs
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • License to practice in the state of California
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
  • CPR Certified
  • Current Physical Health Exam and TB Test
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Business License
