The team at RTA is looking for a Learning Experience Designer. This role is the sole architect of our digital training presence. You aren't just an admin; you are the owner of the learner's journey and the creative engine behind our customer-facing education.Â
This position plays a key part in not only the success of our company, but ultimately in the success of our clients.Â

Specifically for this job, someone who:Â
- Â Owns the LMS. You have experience building out and managing an LMS for asynchronous training. You are the product owner for our digital academy.Â
- Is a Creative Producer. You can storyboard, film, and edit high-quality training videos that people actually want to watch.Â
- Â Is an Instructional Architect. You don't just "make slides"; you create knowledge checks, learning pathways, and curriculum that sticks.Â

The Bottom LineÂ
You’ve made it this far, so congratulations! We are really looking for a builder—someone with an almost frightening intensity around creating scalable learning experiences and mastering the details of training operations.Â
Total compensation for the role is between $90,000 and $110,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time, hybrid or remote-friendly role, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services.Â
