About the role
We're looking for a Social Videographer & Editor to own video content production across multiple high-visibility accounts including a consumer brand and a high-profile personal presence. This is a hands-on, camera-and-edit role for someone who thinks natively in short-form video, moves fast on set and in post, and knows how to make content that stops the scroll.
You'll report to a Social Media Manager and work closely with a Content Creator to produce a consistent, high-volume stream of polished video content. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shooting in a controlled environment and capturing spontaneous, real-time moments at live events — including around celebrity talent and public-facing executives.
What You'll Do
- Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) for consumer brands and executive's personal social accounts alike.Â
- Attend live events, activations, and appearances to capture real-time content — including in fast-moving, high-profile environments
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Content Creator on content briefs, shot lists, and creative direction
- Edit footage quickly and efficiently, often delivering same-day or next-day turnarounds for trending or time-sensitive content
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment; manage basic on-location setups independently
- Develop a strong sense of each account's visual voice and apply it consistently across content
- Stay current on platform trends, video formats, and editing styles that are performing well on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, assets, and finished content
- Support campaign shoots, product moments, and brand activations as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience shooting and editing social-first video content, ideally for a brand, agency, or talent/media environment
- Strong portfolio of short-form video work (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent); motion graphics experience (After Effects) is a plus
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, unscripted environments — live events, behind-the-scenes, on-the-go content with flexibility to travel with little notice
- Experience working with or around celebrity talent, public figures, or high-profile individuals; discretion and professionalism are essential
- Strong eye for composition, pacing, and platform-native aesthetics
- Able to self-direct on a shoot and take clear creative direction equally well
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously
Why Join Us
- Produce high-visibility content for consumer brands and high-profile executives
- Work alongside a Social Media Manager and Content Creator in a tight, collaborative production unit
- Attend live events and work in dynamic, high-energy environments
- Be part of building a best-in-class internal creative team from the ground up
