WeāreĀ looking for a Senior Designer with exceptional visual taste and a strategic mindset to help shape cohesive brand experiences across mediums. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand identity, presentation storytelling, and conceptual spatial/event designāsomeone who can think big, design precisely, and bring ideas to life across both 2D and 3D contexts.Ā

ResponsibilitiesĀ and DutiesĀ of the Role:Ā
Conceptualize and design creative solutions across multiple touchpoints, including brand identity, marketing campaigns, presentations, digital and print collateral, merchandise, and experiential momentsĀ
Design high-impact presentations for executive, client, and internal audiences, balancing narrative structure, visual clarity, and data storytelling.Ā
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experiential brand solutions for physical spaces including conceptual installations, signage, environmental graphics, and supporting collateralĀ
Contribute to all stages of the design processāfrom ideation and mood boards to sketches, style guides, and final production-ready assetsĀ
Develop and evolve brand systems, including typography, color, layout, and visual language, ensuring consistency and qualityĀ
Present design concepts and recommendations to internal partners, clients, and senior leadershipĀ
Prepare and deliver production-ready files that meet technical and vendor specificationsĀ
Provide constructive feedback and creative guidance to junior designers and interns, helping elevate overall design qualityĀ
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolioĀ demonstratingĀ brand design, presentation design, and spatial or environmental conceptsĀ
DeepĀ expertiseĀ in branding fundamentals and visual systemsĀ
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteĀ
AdvancedĀ proficiencyĀ in presentation design (Keynote, PowerPoint), with a clear point of view on storytelling and hierarchyĀ
Background or experience in conceptual spatial design, environmental design, or experiential design (architecture, interiors, events, exhibitions, or similar fields a plus)Ā
Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to move seamlessly betweenĀ big ideasĀ and precise executionĀ
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholdersĀ
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsĀ
PreferredĀ Qualifications:
Experience working with executive leadership or high-visibility projectsĀ
Familiarity with motion, prototyping, or 3D toolsĀ
Passion for Disney brandsĀ
