Join a company where you are more than just another guard. Position Summary: We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors by patrolling assigned locations, enforcing site policies, and responding appropriately to incidents. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Patrol assigned properties on foot and/or in a company vehicle, as required. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors. Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, accidents, or security breaches. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor. Enforce client rules, regulations, and company policies. Assist emergency personnel when necessary. Maintain communication with supervisors and dispatch throughout the shift. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Ability to obtain and maintain any required state security license. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies. Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations. Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications: Previous security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred but not required. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to climb stairs and patrol indoor and outdoor areas. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach. Lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally. Work in varying weather conditions when assigned to outdoor posts. Maintain alertness and attentiveness throughout the shift.
