Experienced Paralegal

We are a small, very busy transactional and litigation law firm looking for a full-time Litigation Paralegal with at least 4 years of relevant experience. The compensation is $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience. Health, vision, and dental benefits are offered, along with paid vacation and other occasional perks like access to a wellness app.

Candidates must have exposure to litigation terminology and case handling. Experience with drafting discovery, responding to discovery, research using legal research platforms (e.g. Lexis), drafting notices (e.g. of rulings and hearings), preparing court forms, calculating and calendaring dates, and other similar litigation tasks is preferred. Work on transactional matters may be possible over time for those interested, but this is intended to be primarily a litigation support role.
