About the Role:
Ric's on 95th Sports Grill in Glendale, AZ is looking for a passionate and hardworking Kitchen team member to join our crew! Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and prep tools safely and efficiently
- Monitor food inventory, freshness, and proper food storage procedures
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Follow all food safety and health code regulations
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries as needed
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen, line cook, or food prep experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
