About the Role:
Ric's on 95th Sports Grill in Glendale, AZ is looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the first face our guests see! If you love creating a welcoming atmosphere and thrive in a fast-paced sports bar environment, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival to create a positive first impression
- Manage waitlists and seating charts to ensure efficient table turns
- Communicate wait times accurately and professionally to guests
- Coordinate with servers and floor staff to monitor table availability
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations or general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Assist with to-go orders and curbside pickup as needed
Requirements:
- Outgoing, friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Previous hosting or front-of-house restaurant experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
