Job Description

Compass Government Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) Program in Luke Air Force Base, Arizona.

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to optimizing the health, recovery, and operational readiness of U.S. Air Force aircrew. This role plays a critical part in ensuring pilots and aircrew members return to flight safely and maintain peak performance in one of the most demanding operational environments.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide physical therapy services tailored to aircrew needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary HP team for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation and support curriculum development.
• Participate in research and process improvement.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• 2+ years of experience within collegiate/professional sport, tactical, aerospace, or man-machine high-performance environment. *Setting specific experience can include Athletic Training practice only if dual credentialed as DPT and AT.
• Current CPR and AED certification.

• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
