Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Extended Care – Full Time

Are you passionate about helping others and providing compassionate care? Glendive Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Extended Care team. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents while helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
As part of a dedicated healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs and contributing to a positive care environment.
In this position, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Help with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Partner with nurses and other caregivers to provide quality resident-centered care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Other duties as assigned
Successful candidates will have:
- Current Montana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and daily care activities
Work Schedule
- Full-time employment
- Five shifts per week
- Rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled
