Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist - Day Shift – Imaging – Full Time

Advance Patient Care Through Diagnostic Imaging
Glendive Medical Center is seeking a skilled and patient-focused CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. In this role, you'll perform high-quality CT imaging procedures that help providers diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients.
This position offers a diverse caseload, advanced imaging responsibilities, and the opportunity to work closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
- Perform CT scans according to physician orders and department protocols
- Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to imaging procedures
- Administer contrast media as appropriate and monitor patient responses
- Ensure image quality while maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
- Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and quality assurance standards
- Assist with equipment maintenance and departmental workflow
- Collaborate with providers and care teams to support timely patient diagnosis and treatment
Qualifications
Required
- ARRT certification
- Montana Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain
Preferred
- One year of CT experience
- Experience in a hospital or acute care environment
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Schedule
- Full-time, 36 hours per week
- Four 9-hour shifts
- Rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Participation in rotating on-call schedule
