Glendive Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as an RN Supervisor for our night shift team. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational oversight, ensuring patients receive high-quality care while supporting nursing staff across multiple departments.

What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and clinical support during the night shift
- Coordinate staffing assignments and patient care activities
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Monitor patient care delivery and address clinical concerns
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting teamwork
- Respond to changes in patient conditions and emergency situations
- Provide direct patient care when needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and safety practices
Work areas include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care

Qualifications
- Current Montana RN license or Compact RN License
- Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience
- Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to effectively lead and support a multidisciplinary team
