Field Marketing Representative - Full-Time or Part-Time

We’re building our Field Marketing team and looking for outgoing, motivated people who want to strengthen their communication skills, gain sales experience, and make great money in fewer hours.

This is a community-focused, people-first role. You’ll work outdoors, connect with homeowners, build relationships, and schedule estimates. No marketing experience? No problem. We provide full training and coaching to help you succeed.

• Earn an average of $30–$50 per hour with a $15/hour base plus commission and bonuses
•  Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  * Part-time team members must commit to working at least 20 hours per week in the field

 What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners through neighborhood outreach and community events
•  Build relationships and schedule estimates for our sales team
•  Learn proven marketing and sales techniques through hands-on coaching
•  Represent Heiler Painting positively and professionally in the community
  

 What You Need

•  A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
•  A positive, outgoing personality and an interest in meeting new people
•  Strong communication skills and comfort using basic technology
•  Energy and ability to remain active and work outdoors
•  Weekday availability with occasional weekend availability
