Travel X-Ray Technologist - (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist - (Days) for a 13-week travel assignment in Glens Falls, NY.

  • Location: Glens Falls, NY
  • Hourly Pay: $ 29.00
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $ 2116.00
  • Weekend Requirements: Every 4th weekend
  • COVID vaccinations strongly encouraged.
  • 8hrs non-billable orientation
** Please check the job posting requirements for the 14 panel drug screen and make sure your agency can run this ENITRE panel (within 24hrs of offer acceptance) BEFORE you upload your traveler to this need (Negative 14 panel (10 panel expanded) MUST include and list out all of the following : Amphetamines (including methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Barbituates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine Metabolite, Opiates (including codeine, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone), Phencyclidine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Propoxyphene, Buprenorphine and 6-Acetylmorphine (MUST be listed on all results).

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (LESS IS BEST).

** Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
  • Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately
  • Minimize radiation exposure using protective techniques
  • Ensure patient comfort and address concerns during procedures
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers
  • Document procedures and update patient records
  • Follow strict safety and regulatory protocols

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements


Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ of current X-Ray experience
  • Active NYS license & ARRT(R) ;
  • Must have active NYS license at time of submission
  • EPIC EMR experience is required
  • Experience with level 1 trauma hospitals is strongly preferred
  • Previous/Current travel experience strongly preferred
  • Current NY State Rad Tech License is required
  • Active ARRT (BR) is required
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
