About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic services to clients
  • Score, interpret, and write clear, client-friendly assessment reports
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and/or family/group therapy across a range of mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
  • Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain ethical standards in accordance with APA guidelines and state licensing requirements
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted New York State license as a Psychologist
  • Experience providing psychological testing, assessment, and evidence-based therapy
  • Experience with psychological testing interpretation and report writing
  • Proficiency in treating a diverse range of mental health diagnoses and populations
  • Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed, and client-centered care
