Powder Coat Painter

Forms+Surfaces is a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and site products used in high-profile commercial and public projects around the world. With approximately 650 employees both local and international, our team of talented professionals and craftsmen spans numerous disciplines: design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, sustainability, and client support. We are currently seeking a Powder Coat Painter to join our Quality team to assist in improving the day-to-day manufacturing of our product lines.

Shift: 
Sunday - Wednesday (1pm - 11:30pm)
Sunday - Thursday (11pm - 7:30am)

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts to the conveyor line
• Mask and unmask parts according to the process sheet
• Spray off debris from the parts on the line as they come through
• Inspect parts for defects
• Load parts on pallets for shipping.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company procedures and regulations
• Applying a wide range of powder coatings per manufacturers requirements on a multiple variety of castings and stampings
• Ensure all work produced in the environmentally controlled paint room meets customers quality expectations

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
