What You'll Do

As Administrator, you'll provide overall leadership for the organization by:

Leading daily operations and ensuring outstanding patient care
Providing financial stewardship, budgeting, and operational oversight
Ensuring compliance with Medicare and state requirements
Supporting, coaching, and developing an exceptional interdisciplinary team
Partnering with the Clinical Manager to drive quality initiatives and clinical excellence
Building relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community organizations
Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Reporting organizational performance to CEO and the Board of Directors

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is both a strategic leader and a servant leader.

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
Hospice, home health, or post-acute care leadership experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and operational performance
Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory compliance
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Passion for developing people and creating positive workplace culture
