What You'll Do

As Administrator, you'll provide overall leadership for the organization by:

  • Leading daily operations and ensuring outstanding patient care 
  • Providing financial stewardship, budgeting, and operational oversight 
  • Ensuring compliance with Medicare and state requirements 
  • Supporting, coaching, and developing an exceptional interdisciplinary team 
  • Partnering with the Clinical Manager to drive quality initiatives and clinical excellence 
  • Building relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community organizations 
  • Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement 
  • Reporting organizational performance to CEO and the Board of Directors

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is both a strategic leader and a servant leader.


Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred)      
  • Minimum five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience 
  • Hospice, home health, or post-acute care leadership experience strongly preferred 
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and operational performance 
  • Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory compliance 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills 
  • Passion for developing people and creating positive workplace culture
