We pay for experience!                                        Primary Function Assure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests, by maintaining a neat and clean pool deck area and providing assistance in all pool departments. Reporting and Accountability The Pool Attendant reports to, and is accountable to the Lead Lifeguard, Assistant Pool Manager and Pool Manager. Authority The Pool Attendant has the support and authority necessary to carry out the responsibilities and tasks described in this job description and other responsibilities of the Pool, as assigned. Physical Requirements Physical agility required to perform all the activities of the Pool Attendant job, including the ability to walk to all areas of the facility, and climb stairs. Ability to communicate verbally and in follow instructions Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 45 pounds. Ability to work outside the majority of a work shift in all types of weather including a very hot and sunny environment. Educational Requirements None Other Requirements Ability to work cooperatively as a team member. Work Hours and Days The Pool Attendant’s work hours and days are variable and must be available to be scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
