Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Home Care Manager to help lead the daily operations of a busy, fast-paced home care office. If you're an organized leader who thrives on solving problems, supporting caregivers, and delivering exceptional client care, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Help oversee daily office operations and client services.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and caregiver/client matching.
• Work closely with recruiting, nursing, and office teams.
• Ensure outstanding customer service for clients and families.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and documentation.
• Assist with home visits, care plans, and ongoing client support.
• Help train, coach, and develop office staff and caregivers.
• Manage reports, payroll preparation, and operational metrics.
• Resolve issues quickly while maintaining compassionate, professional service.
• Support after-hours On-Call coverage on a rotating basis.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of home care or personal care experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
• Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of ASAP/state-funded home care programs is a plus.
