Your Role:

As an Install Helper, you’ll support our installation team in delivering high-quality acrylic bath systems. This is a hands-on role with training provided and strong growth potential for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with bathroom remodeling and installation projects
• Support carpentry, trim work, and general construction tasks
• Follow installation standards and procedures to ensure quality work
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials
• Assist with basic documentation and job photos

Qualifications:

• No experience required (construction or labor experience is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools (training provided)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
