Your Role Will Include:
- Comprehensive outpatient care: acute/episodic care, chronic disease management, preventive care, wellness
- Inpatient hospital medicine: rounding, admissions, discharge planning
- Multidisciplinary collaboration across care settings
- Participation in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ post-residency experience
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified Internal Medicine
- Licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia
- DEA License in Virginia
