On-Call Caregiver
Earn Significant Income with Flexible On-Call Shifts
HHA or CNA certification desired (strong experience with seniors considered if non-certified). On-Call Caregivers have potential to earn significant income through full-time work, overtime, flat-rate on-call stipends, bonuses, and more.
Main Function
Be available outside regular business hours to fill last-minute call-outs and urgent client needs. Assist clients with activities of daily living in their homes while delivering quality, safe care.
On-Call Responsibilities

Agree to specific On-Call hours/days

Receive stipend for being On-Call plus hourly wage for hours worked

Return all calls within 15 minutes during On-Call period (may be called anytime, including overnight)

Be able to leave for a client within 30 minutes of receiving a call

Accept all assignments during On-Call period, regardless of location (includes assisted living and hospice)

Forfeit stipend if unable to comply

Maintain reliable transportation, email access, and clean insured vehicle

Follow all care plans, documentation, confidentiality, and PPE requirements

Perform all HHA/CNA/PCA job duties
